MOTIVATION BLOG FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Hi ! I'm a 20 yo French student and recently I gained weight because of junk food, no exercise, sweets and over-eating. The result is I now hate my body. Every day I look at me in the mirror and I just hate what I see -above all, I feel really disguted by all the fat and ashamed of being unable to control my eating.
The time has thus come for me to lose this weight, to shape my body and to become as hot as I've never been. I believe this is not too late yet, but I'll have to fight myself not to eat anything at anytime and to exercise.

Oh, btw, I skip my squat challenge since… 5 days. So bad. But this was so hard. I have to find something much more accessible and less difficult. please, 150 squat a day is TOO HARD!
